Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical/Overflow - Night

Position: Registered Nurse Location: Evanston Hospital Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, rotating weekends Role & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populationsUtilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient careEnsure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of practiceTake responsibility, accountability, and authority for patient outcomesSupervise and guide unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering careContribute to safety outcomes and enhance patient experience Qualifications & Skills BSN degree preferredCurrent Illinois Nursing License requiredBLS/CPR certification required1 year of experience preferred Key Attributes: Strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, commitment to quality care, compliance awareness, and teamwork orientation.
