Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical Oncology

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with complex medical and cancer diagnoses.
• Perform patient assessments, administer chemotherapy and medications.
• Coordinate patient care and deliver education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize advanced technology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Experience in oncology or medical-surgical nursing preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Competence in using EMR and advanced healthcare technology.
