About the role

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with complex medical and oncologic needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments, administer chemotherapy and treatments, monitor patient status, and manage symptoms and side effects.
• Educate patients and families, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and support safe transitions across the continuum.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, mentor new staff, and enhance oncology expertise.
