Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care for patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, and surgeries.
- Cook up multidisciplinary care by communicating effectively with physicians, therapists, and families.
- Monitor and interpret patient clinical status, identifying changes for prompt intervention.
- Educate patients and families, supporting safe discharge planning and transition home.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current multi-state license.
- BLS certification obtained within 1 month of hire, accepted from AHA or Red Cross.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.
