Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical - Full Time

About the Role

Support a multi-campus care team as a Med Surg RN, delivering personalized, evidence-based patient care, building strong patient and family relationships, and driving positive health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.
• Promote teamwork and a respectful environment.
• Participate in performance improvement and research initiatives.
• Lead and implement evidence-based practices.
• Contribute to care planning and resource management.
• Mentor fellow nurses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license (single or multi-state).
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 2+ years of Med Surg experience.
• Computer proficiency; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
