Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - Cardiology

Role Overview: This position provides clinical leadership and hands-on support in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit, focusing on patient care, staff supervision, and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Assigns, educates, and monitors nursing/support staff during shifts; participates in performance evaluations.Assesses patient care needs and develops appropriate assignments to ensure high-quality care.Collaborates with advanced practice providers to evaluate outcomes and address care concerns.Responds to patient care complaints and contributes to staff hiring, training, and development.Ensures safety and adherence to clinical objectives, performing additional duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing.At least one year of RN experience.Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills.Physical ability to perform duties, including standing, walking, lifting, and sensory perception.Valid RN license and BLS certification relevant to the state of practice.
