Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care by executing physician orders and clinical protocols.
• Serve as the central clinical coordinator, managing care plan implementation and updating the multidisciplinary team on patient status.
• Assess discharge needs and collaborate to ensure smooth patient transitions through the healthcare system.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from AHA or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.
