Role: Registered Nurse in the Surgical/5 West unit, responsible for delivering comprehensive post-operative care. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based post-operative care and monitor patient status.Administer medications and coordinate treatment plans with physicians and care teams.Educate patients and families to promote understanding and recovery.Support safe discharges and uphold infection prevention and patient safety standards.Collaborate across disciplines and precept as needed.Participate in quality improvement and process enhancement initiatives to improve clinical outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Current registration as a Nurse with relevant licensure.Strong knowledge of post-operative care protocols and patient safety standards.Excellent communication and patient education skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, patient-first environment.Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
