Role: Registered Nurse in a rural critical access hospital. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for medical-surgical, emergency, and outpatient patients.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document accurately.Educate patients and families to promote understanding and compliance.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide hands-on clinical support.
