Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Key Responsibilities

• Leading patient care by delivering holistic, high-quality nursing services in accordance with clinical standards and protocols.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized care plans, adjusting as patient needs evolve.
• Coinciding communication among healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintaining accurate monitoring of patient conditions, documenting changes, and acting promptly on clinical insights.
• Managing physician and nursing orders, and coordinating discharge plans to facilitate smooth transitions of care.

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Current RN licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire, with American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure.
