At CommonSpirit Health, we partner with you to build a stronger, healthier world. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Medical Surgical department at Holy Cross Hospital West Valley, you will be part of a supportive, team environment dedicated to compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and patient/family to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Promoting optimal health, well-being, and safety of the patient through the nursing process and adherence to patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.
- Demonstrating personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
Requirements
- Education: Associates Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or endorsed.
- Experience: One year experience preferred; Nursing skills and knowledge specific to specialty.
- Licenses/Certifications: RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Medium Work - Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, up to 20lbs frequently, and up to 10lbs constantly.

Pay and Recognition
The posted compensation range of $32.01 - $48.43 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
