This registered nurse position in Department 7A is a day shift role working from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, providing safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process
• Demonstrating clinical competence and critical thinking
• Adhering to departmental policies and organizational requirements
• Maintaining care standards through the application of basic skills
• Functing as a full partner within an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• New graduate or registered nurse in good standing licensed in Arkansas
• PREFERRED: BSN

Certifications

• Certification in healthcare CPR
• Some units may require additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS, with training provided

Specialty Units

Specialty units offer specific education.

Hours

The position is authorized for 72 hours bi-weekly.
