Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care, ensuring policy compliance
- Execute and monitor patient care plans
- Document changes
- Cook up seamless coordination across clinical disciplines
- Accurately transcribe and carry out physician and nursing orders
- Assist with discharge planning for safe patient transitions
Requirements
- Valid RN licensure in Tennessee
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
