Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

About the role

The registered nurse in Department 7A is responsible for delivering safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care using the nursing process and organizational training.

Ideal candidates are new graduates from accredited programs or licensed RNs in good standing, preferably with a BSN. They should apply basic skills, collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, and meet standard care requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and understanding of departmental policies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• New graduates from accredited programs or licensed RNs in good standing, preferably with a BSN.
• Apply basic skills, collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, and meet standard care requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic healthcare CPR is mandatory.
• Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be needed based on specialty units.
• Specialty-specific education is provided as necessary.

Benefits

• This position is authorized for 72 hours bi-weekly.
