Registered Nurse - Medical - Nights - Full-Time

About the Role

Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
• Maintain compliance with organizational standards and mission

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in the applicable state or jurisdiction
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials may be required depending on the department

• Ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed
