Registered Nurse - Medical ICU, Full-Time Nights

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team in a critical care environment. Responsibilities: Conducts the nursing process using evidence-based practices, partners with patients and families, and promotes relationship-based, patient-centered care. Ensures effective collaboration through documentation, interdisciplinary communication, and participation in performance improvement activities. Supports professional development by mentoring, completing competency assessments, and engaging in research and evidence-based practice. Contributes to protocol development, optimizes resource utilization, and adheres to organizational policies and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience, valid RN license, and certifications in BLS and ACLS. Basic computer skills, strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, critical thinking, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Education includes an associate's or diploma in nursing; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Key Duties: Implementing clinical standards, advocating for patients, participating in professional growth activities, and supporting safety and quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
