Registered Nurse - Medical Float Pool (Nights)

About the Role

Deliver safe, effective, patient-centered care across various departments including Med Surg, Ortho, Cardiac, Neuro, PCU, and Critical Care. Float to different departments as needed, providing competent care and supporting team development.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to evaluate care effectiveness
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
• Ensure professional accountability

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in Arkansas or a compact state
• BLS certification

Preferred Skills

• Over 2 years of critical care experience
