Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to adults with complex medical conditions.
- Perform frequent assessments, continuous monitoring, and deliver specialized nursing support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills, especially in cardiac rhythm interpretation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience in medical-surgical, telemetry, or progressive care settings is preferred.
