Responsibilities
- Evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers
- Coordinating patient care across departments
- Ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained
- Maintaining professional accountability and delivering care aligned with organizational standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the state or valid compact licensure
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification, or obtaining within 90 days of hire
