Responsibilities
- Assessing patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care.
- Developing individualized care plans based on medical history and diagnostic results.
- Administering medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive care.
- Reconciling medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluating patient responses to interventions and adjusting care as needed.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team for effective planning.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; clinical specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
