Registered Nurse - Med/Surg/Telemetry C3 - 36hrs Nights
About the role
As a Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg C3 Team at Winchester Hospital, you will deliver comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area.
Responsibilities
- Complete patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, observe patient progress, and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop optimal health care strategy plans for each patient.
- Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required; BSN strongly encouraged.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.
Schedule
Three 12-hour shifts including weekend and holiday rotation.
Pay
The base hourly wage range for this position is $36.00 - $90.14. Actual compensation is determined based on factors such as seniority, education, training, relevant experience, certifications, geography, job responsibilities, shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime, and other applicable pay practices.
