A Registered Nurse Med Surg Ortho providing high-quality care in an orthopedic unit.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for orthopedic patients pre- and post-operatively
- Instruct patients and families on medications and treatments
- Maintain and review patient records
- Administer medications as ordered
Requirements
- Florida RN licensure or appropriate compact license
- Nursing diploma or ASN (BSN preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting
- Current BLS certification
