Responsibilities

• Execute personalized care plans by delivering precise direct nursing care aligned with clinical protocols to accelerate patient recovery.
• Monitor and communicate health status in real time, identifying critical changes to ensure prompt, life-saving interventions.
• Drive interdisciplinary care delivery as the central coordinator across specialties, creating a seamless and holistic treatment experience for every patient.
• Orchestrate safe discharge transitions by collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to prepare patients and families for success at home.

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
