Registered Nurse - MDS Coordinator

Role: MDS Coordinator RN Responsibilities Lead the RAI/MDS process for long-term care residents.Complete and audit MDS 3.0 assessments to ensure accuracy and compliance.Ensure proper ICD-10 coding in assessments.Develop and coordinate individualized care plans addressing residents’ clinical, psychosocial, and functional needs.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize reimbursement and regulatory adherence.Support quality outcomes through accurate documentation and assessment processes. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.Experience in MDS coordination and long-term care.Knowledge of ICD-10 coding standards.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
