About the role
As a Nurse Manager at Castle Peak, you’ll oversee clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure the highest standards of care for residents. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and experienced leader who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults.
Responsibilities
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
- Coordinates, oversees, and provides resident-related care
- Manages other nurses and nursing aides' responsibilities and outcomes
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
- Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
- Notifies Director of Nursing, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow-up action as necessary
- Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift
- Performs additional duties as required
Requirements
- Current CO Nursing License
- Prior experience in geriatric care strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a desire to be part of a team

Pay
$95,000 - $135,000 annually depending on experience, plus a $10,000 bonus.
Schedule
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a rotational on-call schedule.
