Registered Nurse Manager Outpatient Infusion Clinics

About the Role

Provides operational and clinical leadership for infusion services, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. This role oversees daily operations, budget and financial performance, quality improvement initiatives, service line growth, and caregiver engagement while collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of infusion services.
• Manage budget and financial performance.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and service line growth.
• Engage and develop caregivers to foster high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Degree verification required.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Three years of progressively responsible healthcare leadership experience.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience developing, managing, and monitoring departmental budgets.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing Leadership, or a related field.
• Experience in infusion services, oncology, ambulatory care, or a related area of oversight.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving quality improvement initiatives.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, providers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency with computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to remain seated and/or standing for extended periods.
• Ability to move throughout clinical and office environments as needed to support staff, operations, and patient care activities.

Schedule

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay

Hourly rate: $44.99 - $69.44 (dependent upon experience).
