Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the assigned nursing unit(s) to ensure seamless, continuous patient care.
• Develop, review, and implement evidence-based policies and procedures to maximize the efficiency and quality of healthcare delivery.
• Conduct regular staff evaluations, identify areas for growth, and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
• Ensure the unit strictly adheres to local, state, and federal healthcare regulations, as well as accreditation standards.

Requirements

• BLS Provider credential obtained within 1 month of hire date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• Registered Nurse licensure obtained prior to hire date.
• Professional licensure/certification and 3 years of experience.
• 1 year of cumulative leadership experience.

Pay

$81,383.56 - $110,107.45 per year
