Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the assigned nursing unit(s) to ensure seamless, continuous patient care.
• Develop, review, and implement evidence-based policies and procedures to maximize the efficiency and quality of healthcare delivery.
• Conduct regular staff evaluations, identify areas for growth, and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
• Ensure the unit strictly adheres to local, state, and federal healthcare regulations, as well as accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative Leadership Experience.

Pay

Salary Range: $81,383.56 - $110,107.45 per year
