Registered Nurse - Main OR

About the role

We are seeking experienced operating room nurses who work well under pressure and embrace the unexpected. The ideal candidates are passionate about their practice, adaptable, and eager to learn and drive continuous improvement. Nurses in this role act as patient advocates, speaking up when needed. Our operating teams have unit‑based leadership, are supportive and collaborative, and strive to treat each other as they would a patient—kindly and professionally. The teams employ innovative processes and technologies, and we continue to expand our robotics programs.

Responsibilities

• Circulate multiple specialties in the operating room.
• Serve as the patient advocate and ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Function independently and apply the nursing process.
• Coordinate care for a group of patients with the multidisciplinary team.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and identify hospital resources.
• Act as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrate positive formal or informal leadership within the unit or department.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of applicable nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree (various programs accepted).

Schedule

Full‑time day position (United States). The role includes on‑call duties with a 30‑minute response time.
