Position Overview
Home Instead - South Atlanta is a locally owned and family-run office seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-home assessments and evaluations to monitor patient health, safety, and care needs.
- Provide training and guidance to our caregivers to ensure proper care techniques and health monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide support and education to patients and families regarding healthcare concerns and needs.
Qualifications
- Case management experience required.
- Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
- At least 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or long-term care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
- Experience with caregiver training and supervision is a plus.
- Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing quality patient care.
