Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse - Nampa South Clinic

About the role

The Registered Nurse/LPN will provide outstanding care for all Full Circle Health patients, support colleagues and other licensed medical staff, and ensure accurate and complete documentation in the patient’s medical record.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• A.D.N. or B.S.N. from an accredited College of Nursing.
• Previous outpatient clinical nursing experience preferred, other relevant clinical patient care experience may be considered.
• Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Idaho.
• Certified in BLS and ACLS.
• Maintain credentials and meet established Credentials Committee requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: A.D.N. or B.S.N. from an accredited College of Nursing.
• Licensure/Certification: Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Idaho, current BLS certification, and current ACLS certification.
