About the role
Emplify Health by Gundersen Harmony Care Center, a long-term skilled nursing care facility in Harmony, MN, is dedicated to creating a healthy, meaningful, and secure environment for adults of all ages. Proudly recognized with a 5-star CMS rating, we are currently seeking a part-time RN or LPN to join our team.
- 0.7 FTE (28 hours/week)
- 8-hour, PM shifts, 2:15pm-10:30pm
- Every other weekend and holiday
- Nurture a family-based care environment by learning about each person and serving their needs
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care
- Support residents and their families

Requirements
- Licensed RN or LPN in Minnesota
- Post High School education in a specialized field: Course requirements that qualify to take LPN boards or minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing for RNs
- BLS CPR
Pay
- $39.24/hour plus more for experience
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid after 6 months of hire; must be a new or returning employee to Emplify Health by Gundersen)
