About the Role

This position involves supporting and coordinating daily nursing activities in patient care units, providing direction to clinical staff, and ensuring smooth operations. The role includes managing patient care delivery, delegating responsibilities, and fostering a respectful environment for patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and operational activities during shifts
• Coach and evaluate team members, addressing training needs
• Maintain documentation for staffing, operations, and compliance
• Support effective communication with patients and families
• Allocate resources, delegate tasks, and oversee team performance
• Resolve conflicts among staff and departments

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Current RN license and BLS certification
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Schedule

The role is full-time, with a schedule of five 8-hour days.
