About the Role
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies, implementing and monitoring patient care plans.
Responsibilities
- Communicate patient conditions to healthcare team members
- Serve as a primary coordinator among disciplines for comprehensive care
- Follow physician and nursing orders
- Assist with discharge planning
Requirements
- Valid nursing license and credentials from the Alabama Board of Nursing
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Advanced Life Support certification within 180 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Labor and Delivery RN or LDRP experience
