About the role

This role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care in a labor and delivery setting.

Responsibilities

• Carefully assesses patient needs and provides professional, accountable care.
• Coordinates care with other departments to ensure seamless patient support.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality at all times.
• Performs tasks in accordance with organizational standards and values.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements required for patient care.
