About the role
This position involves providing specialized nursing care in the Labor & Delivery unit, supporting approximately 2,200 to 2,300 deliveries annually.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, quality patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during labor and delivery
- Manage on-call responsibilities
- Participate in patient assessments
- Support labor processes
- Assist in surgical deliveries when needed
Qualifications & Skills
Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont, with ADN required and BSN preferred. Appropriate clinical experience in labor and delivery or related areas is necessary.
