About the role

Join our Labor & Delivery team as a registered nurse responsible for providing comprehensive care during approximately 2,200 to 2,300 annual deliveries across 11 rooms and 2 operating rooms. Responsibilities

• Delivering safe and effective patient care in a high-volume obstetric setting.
• Participating in on-call duties, typically 16 hours every four weeks.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications And Skills

• Current RN licensure or recognized compact licensure in Vermont.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Relevant clinical experience in labor and delivery or related areas.
