Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery (Night Shift)

Role Overview This position involves providing safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, emphasizing Patient Centered Care. The role includes offering professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, demonstrating Service Excellence standards, and overseeing staff under supervision. Responsibilities Include Delivering patient care across various specialties, including maternity, neonatal, and adult care.Guiding and supervising nursing staff to ensure quality and safety.Maintaining compliance with facility policies and standards.Promoting a collaborative and patient-focused care environment.Demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to service excellence. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.Completion of a specialty course or equivalent within 6 months of hire.Minimum of one year acute care experience or successful completion of a specialty course.Current RN license in the state.Certifications: BLS, ACLS (adult), PALS (pediatric), or NRP (neonatal) as required.
