Requirements
- Tennessee licensure and a nursing degree or diploma
- Complete BLS within 90 days and NRP within 90 days of hire
- Preferred at least one year of perinatal experience and ACLS/ALS certification within six months
- Certified in Level I and Level II obstetric care and fetal monitoring within one year
- Ability to work on call within one hour
- Communicate effectively in English
- Perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long hours
- Proficient in using various medical equipment and technology
