About the Role

Experienced registered nurse providing independent clinical care in a specialized setting, managing routine and complex patient needs, delegating tasks, and developing long-term care plans.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver nursing care following standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
  • Address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments; monitor effects.
  • Document patient information accurately.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Make appropriate clinical decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • Active RN license.
  • BLS certification.
  • Certifications in fetal monitoring, NRP, ACLS, and other specialized neonatal or perinatal training, with timely completion as per policy.
  • Complete onboarding and competency validation.
  • Attend orientation and participate in training for new nurses.
  • Maintain annual certifications.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage contingencies and provide patient-centered care.

Schedule
