About the Role
Experienced registered nurse providing independent clinical care in a specialized setting, managing routine and complex patient needs, delegating tasks, and developing long-term care plans.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care following standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
- Administer medications and treatments; monitor effects.
- Document patient information accurately.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
- Make appropriate clinical decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Active RN license.
- BLS certification.
- Certifications in fetal monitoring, NRP, ACLS, and other specialized neonatal or perinatal training, with timely completion as per policy.
- Complete onboarding and competency validation.
- Attend orientation and participate in training for new nurses.
- Maintain annual certifications.
- Demonstrate ability to manage contingencies and provide patient-centered care.
