About the Role

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a labor and delivery setting, collaborating with medical teams to assess, perform, teach, and manage patient needs. They advocate for patients and families, ensuring compassionate care aligned with organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver individualized care.
• Support clinical outcomes and promote a positive patient experience.
• Serve as a patient advocate and team collaborator.
• Apply established nursing models in practice.

Requirements

• Active RN license with a diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of labor and delivery experience.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS (within 30-90 days), Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, Neonatal Resuscitation.
• Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills.
