About the role
You are the patient’s primary voice during their most vulnerable moments. By monitoring, recording, and communicating their condition with clinical precision, you ensure a safe, seamless transition to recovery. Serve as the final authority on the sterile field, maintaining absolute integrity over patient positioning, equipment optimization, and supply management to ensure 100% accuracy from the first incision to the final closure. Lead the rhythm of the room by orchestrating the preparation of cutting-edge technology and supplies, staying three steps ahead of the surgical team to ensure every procedure is executed flawlessly.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- One or more of the following certifications required:
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Flexible schedule and weekly availability.
- Previous specialty experience with Orthopedics and Joints.
