Responsibilities
Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology Unit Step into a nursing career where precision meets purpose as an Interventional Radiology RN, serving as an integral member of our Comprehensive Stroke Certified team and playing a critical role in delivering rapid, life‑saving, image‑guided interventions; in this high‑acuity, technology‑driven environment, you’ll prepare and support patients through complex vascular and neurological procedures, manage moderate sedation with confidence, collaborate seamlessly with radiologists, neurologists, and technologists, maintain a safe and sterile procedural field, and apply advanced critical‑thinking skills that elevate both patient outcomes and your professional practice—while enjoying a specialty defined by strong teamwork, continual learning, and the unique blend of hands‑on care and cutting‑edge innovation
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
- Graduate nurses and new RNs are accepted
- Current BLS required
- ACLS certifications preferred. (Must obtain certification within 3 moths of starting)
- Minimum of one-year critical care experience preferred
- Respond to Call within 30 minutes
- Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
