Position: Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care Unit - Nights Responsibilities Include Conducts patient assessments and gathers health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.Coordinates patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.Communicates effectively with patients, families, and colleagues in person, over the phone, and in writing.Provides individualized patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participates in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintains current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current nursing license in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
