About the Role
Registered nurse providing specialized care to Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care using nursing processes.
- Supervise team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure age- and developmentally appropriate care in line with standards.
- Communicate effectively and foster collaborative relationships.
- Maintain accountability for patient outcomes and care delivery.
- Seek improvements in patient experience and contribute to a high-performing team.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility for licensure.
- At least 12 months of critical care RN experience.
