About the role

Join our talented team of Registered Nurses in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the ICU setting.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on medical needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• At least one year of acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in an ICU setting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of critical care nursing practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
