Responsibilities
- Assigning, guiding, and evaluating nursing and support staff during shifts.
- Assessing daily patient care needs and developing appropriate assignments.
- Collaborating with advanced practice providers to achieve quality outcomes.
- Evaluating patient care effectiveness and addressing issues impacting outcomes.
- Responding to patient care concerns and managing through established channels.
- Participating in hiring, training, and staff development.
- Maintaining safety and performing additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing.
- At least one year of registered nurse experience.
- Current RN licensure in the relevant state with BLS certification.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform clinical tasks.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Must work in states with valid RN licensure and BLS certification.
