About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process
- Performing patient care
- Delegating tasks
- Supervising staff
- Cooking care plans for assigned patients to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborating with intensivists, nurse practitioners, and respiratory therapists
- Additional support from nursing assistants
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience
- Holds an Associate Degree in Nursing
- Possesses Basic Life Support certification
