About the role
Pali Momi Medical Center is a 118-bed facility serving Central and West O'ahu communities. It offers a wide range of services including an interventional cardiac catheterization unit, minimally invasive surgery, a women's center, and advanced imaging and diagnostic services.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and compassionate nursing services through assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of patient care.
- Function as an associate to a charge nurse and assume charge nurse responsibilities with time.
- Support the holistic needs of patients, families, and significant others to maximize recovery and reduce the length of inpatient stays.
Requirements
- Current Hawai‘i Registered Nurse License.
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) CPR cards.
- One (1) year recent acute care Registered Nurse experience in Adult Critical Care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Critical Care Registered Nurse certification.
- Two (2) years recent Registered Nurse experience in Intensive Care Unit.
