Award-winning travel nursing company AMN Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse – Intensive Care (ICU RN) for a position in Lexington, NC starting September 28, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced nursing care to acutely ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Maintain and monitor complex medical equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN license in North Carolina.
• Recent ICU experience required.
• Hold Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) credential is recommended.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Strong decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• SSN required.
• DOB required.
• One reference in the last 12 months.
